How to find Mercurio
This guide starts with a large pattern that is easy to recognize without a telescope.
Follow the route from one recognizable star to the next until you reach Mercurio.
Mercurio is only 4° above the horizon, so the view is likely to be poor. No suitable observing time was found during the next two nights.
Use the overview to locate the first bright reference, then follow the numbered route.
